Prime Investigations are fully insured. We accept trace instructions from both businesses and private clients for the supply of information designed to identify a person and/or their address. The client accepts that they are the data controller in these matters and are the data processor. Prime Investigations will not knowingly undertake instructions that may be in breach of privacy laws, or any laws governing the domicile within which it is instructed to perform investigations. Any client that is found to misusing the services of Prime Investigations, for criminal, illicit or unlawful purposes will have their agreement(s) with Prime Investigations terminated without notice. We advise that our client’s seek the necessary legal advice about what is lawful. We will not divulge your information to any third party unless ordered to do so by a court order, for legal reasons or you fail to comply with our terms. Although Prime Investigation strive to ensure all information provided to our clients is accurate, we cannot be held responsible for any misinformation, we suggest to that end that information provided is only used as a guide. Prime Investigations will not disclose how information has or is collected unless required by legal means. To comply with best practice with regard to the Data Protection Act, any information collected during the course of our enquiries will not be used for any other purpose, once an investigation or service has been completed we will destry all personal details and files after 3 weeks. At all stages of enquiries we recognise that we are acting as your Data Processor, and as such we will comply with the Data Protection Act. Prime Investigation does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. In cases that have gone to court we securely destroy all pictures, footage and any info we have related to the case. You can request at any time for your details under the Data protection Act. Prime Investigations may provide links to other websites outside their control, the inclusion of any link is not necessarily an endorsement by Prime Investigations of the website, the content or goods and services provided therein. It is also your responsibilty to read the terms, conditions, data and privacy policies of any such link. When instructing Prime Investigations via either verbal or written communication you are entering into a legally binding agreement that binds you as the client to pay in full our rates and reasonable expenses and Prime Investigations will carry out the work to the best of our ability and to conclude the work with a written report. We offer no guarantee of results in any surveillance or outbound work that we undertake.
We require 50% of the agreed fee in advance and the balance to be paid with 7 days of completion of agreed services, we recognise that on occasions there may be issues that arise outside the agreed terms and where ever possible we will endeavour to notify you in advance. Refunds of the 50% deposit will only occur if Prime Investigations have not commenced work on the clients instruction. Our surveillance operations are conducted lawfully and within guidelines set out by various laws governing the subject of surveillance.
