The above is one of 4 emails I have received today, exactly the same text, however not the same link to log in, people are falling for this various basic scan because more often than not they have just put in their return.
There is quite a simple way to never fall for one of these email scams, never click on the links, if it sounds plausible then go to the webpage, login there and more often than not you'll find it didn't originate from where it said it did.
Most of us have cottoned on to the bank phishing emails so the fraudsters have to come up with alternatives, businesses are becoming particulary vulnerable as employees don't double check in the same way you might at home.
