Employee Background Checks |

It's always quite suprising to find that some business don't even check the references of their employees and yet these are the people they are going to trust in the running of their company. Yet most surveys show that people that have been involved in internal fraud would not have been employed if they had gone through some form of basic background checking at the time of interview.

- Firstly an employer should verify that a potential employee is in fact who they say they are, in todays world of high incidences of identity fraud this is not a possibility that anyone should be taking lightly.
- Referees should be checked and verified, it's not unheard of to find out that an interviewee has put down their uncle Sam or even that the last three jobs listed were in fact non existant.
- Financial and legal data, is your employee not letting on that they in fact lost a job due to a spell at Her Majestys pleasure.
- Qualification checks, did the University of Hard Knocks actually award your candidate a First?
- Is your potential employee allowed to work in this country, is their visa valid?
More than 6 million employees admit they didn't tell the total truth on their application form and while we cannot guarantee to uncover all the tales on their CV, we will endeavour to provide you with peace of mind that your risks have been reduced. |
